Cat. 4 stateroom...upgrade?

We are staying in a Cat.4 stateroom...do they ever upgrade a Cat.4?

We booked a cat 4 back in 1/04 for a 12/04 Wonder 3 nite cruise and upon boarding were informed we were upgraded to a cat 3 (#8032). I have no idea how or why but I wasn't complaining - what a difference in space! Now that we've seen the "suite life" we can't go back to anything but a cat 3! Hope you get upgraded too.

Well, the poster before me is living proof! However, don't pin your hopes on it as the number of suites is low. Good luck, though!

Statistically, the higher your category the less chance there is for an upgrade simply because there are fewer cabins above your booked level. However, there are always last minute emergency cancellations, etc. When those occur, the pixie dust lands on someone.
