Is the cat. 4 worth the extra $ over the cat. 5? Right now there are only 4 of us, but there may be another person added before we go next March. We are on the Magic March 27.

Just wondered what the difference is between the two cat's.

Thanks,

We had 5 people in a cat. 4, so I haven't seen the cat. 5, but my understanding is, the room is basically the same with the cat. 4 having an additional 3 feet or so added, where the murphy bed comes down out of the wall. This space allows for a chair in addition to the sofa, and also another storage piece with shelves along the wall.

One drawback of the category 4 with 5 people in it, is when the murphy bed is down it blocks access to the verandah. To get out, you have to crawl over the murphy bed and the person sleeping there!

Cat. 5 rooms only sleep up to four people...you would need a Cat. 4 room if that fifth person will be joining you.

Even if you just "think" that a 5th person will be joining you, you should go ahead and take the Category 4 and add the person's name to the reservation. It may be a lot easier to take the person's name off the reservation later than to add them on (depending on occupancy levels on the sailing).
