We are always looking for a casual type restaurant in the parks for lunch or dinner and can never seem to find anything. Something along the lines of TGI Fridays, Applebees food. Does anyone know if any kinds of restaurants like these in the parks. One person once told me that while in Epcot we should head over to the ESPN Resaturant at the Boardwalk. I will probably give that a shot next time. Any other suggestions?

Honestly, I couldn't imagine leaving Epcot for lunch with all the varied choices you have there.

At Epcot, you can have a simple, casual lunch at many of the sitdown restaurants. Le Cellier or Rose and Crown for more familiar things, and any of the other restaurants for less "American" meals and more ethnic meals. You're passing up a fantastic dining experience if you leave to go some place like the ESPN grill.

And at the other parks, you can find sitdown restaurants with burgers and fries or chain-restaurant type food anywhere.

Wow...applebees/tgi fridays..yep, you can get burgers, fries and chicken fingers, rotissiere chicken almost anywhere in the parks, and all the food courts at the resorts.

I wouldn't leave the world showcase for lunch either..so many great choices and all casual dining.

Enjoy!
