castway onboard credit

I have a question the on board credit the cruise gives you as a castway club member
is that just a one time deal or something the do when you book anothert cruise

As long as you book your next cruise within 120 days of the last one you took, and sail within 18 months, you should be eligible for the credit. It is not a one-time deal.

Michelle - I was told today by DCL that the Castaway Club onboard credit is not applicable for lowest cat 12. Not complaining since the Springtime Magic rate was good but it was the first I heard about the credit not applying to all returning cruisers - ever heard that one?

Penguins Fan, that is the first I have heard of that exclusion! I just tried to check on the DCL website and it seems they have taken away ALL mentions of the credit in their Castaway Club sections. Sorry, wish I had more information for you!
