Mel, I am still loving the ones you've done for us, and I haven't even printed them yet. I read a great idea the other day, when I get great service from a CM or Mousekeeper, I am going to write their name and location on them, and leave at desk or guest services with "extrordinary service" on them, so they will be recognized by their mgt. Just thought I would share the idea!
