Castle Suite Tour - Royal Attendance List!

Well, today we received a call saying that due to the fireworks display our 10:00 tour had to be cancelled. They offered to move us to either 8:00 or 11:00, but by the time we called back the 8:00 time was already taken.

So now my 3yr old will be stuck staying up another hour longer I guess.

They did try to find other times for us, but they only offered to split our group of 4 into 2 and 2 and I can't separate my girls from experiencing this together.

So, I guess you can change my time to 11:00pm now, and nobody will have the 10:00pm slot anymore.

They changed our 10:20PM time slot too. Because we are only a party of 2 I had pretty much my pick of times from 12:20 PM - 8:00PM. I took 1:00PM. It kinda stinks because we have Chef Mickey planned for 8:20PM and were going to go over to the Castle tour after that and then stay for EMH at MK after the tour. We just have to do a little different planning now. That's ok, I can change anything for a Castle tour!!

We got another call this evening at 8:30 which was surprisingly late, but with good news.

Kim Mack from DVC worked her magic and got the four of us in the tour at 2:20pm now. I was hoping for something around early evening, but I know Kim worked hard to find us a new time after the last minute cancellation due to the fireworks schedule.

So, for the 3rd time, and the last, you can adjust our tour time to 2:20 PM for the 4 or us.

I'm going to have to put in a good word about this CM, Kim who did her best to accommodate us!

We got the call too, since we were 10pm party of 6. She said 11pm was it. I told her we might need to cancel because I have two kids under age 3 and 11pm was really pushing it. She was able to give us 8pm!!!!

Litty- glad she could change you guys from 11pm!
