Do they do the projections on the castle during Hallowishes at the party?

Otherwise I want to make sure I see it during regular Wishes the night before.

Yes.

I assume that you are asking about "Celebrate the Magic" which actually is a separate show
from the fireworks.
It starts about 15 minutes before the fireworks (regular Wishes, HalloWishes, Christmas Wishes.)

DURING the various fireworks shows there are ALSO some
castle projections that are a part of each of the fireworks shows.

This is good because I actually wanted to go on some rides during Wishes, but really wanted to see the Castle projection. Now I can see it on my party night.
