I have planned my 40th vacation trip for 15 people down to each and everyone's individual ADR's. We have a few where we are all together, one of which is at the Castle for lunch. The only stress I have is that one of the people will arrive late. What will happen if that occurs? Will we not be seated? Any info is much appreciated!

From what I have read on these boards (please correct me if I am wrong), your entire party needs to be there before they will seat you. Unless you know for sure someone is a no show.
