Castle dining question

Does anyone know if the characters--Cinderella, Mary Poppins etc still go around to the tables and take pictures with you during your lunch? I was there a few years ago and my pictures didn't turn out and am going back in 25 days and want to try and get pictures again. I think I read somewhere on message boards that they no longer came around to tables and gave autographs and took pictures, you just get the one picture taken downstairs with Cinderella.

Did you already make reservations? If not I would HIGHLY suggest it. If you did, they shouldve told you about the characters when you called. Here is the information...

A Fairytale Lunch with Characters
Noon to 3 p.m. Daily


Cinderella's Royal Table Lunch is a Disney Princess-themed character meal.
When you arrive at Cinderella Castle for your reservation, a photographer will be on hand to take pictures of your group in the lobby, before you are seated in the dining room. A package with four 4x6 prints and one 6x8 print of your photo,
as well as one 6x8 print of Cinderella Castle, in a Cinderella photo holder (valued at $29.95 plus tax) will be delivered to you during your meal, which will be from a fixed-price, set menu.
(One photo package per party of 4;
two photo packages for parties of 5-8, etc.)

Additional photos may be purchased.

For breakfast & lunch you have your pic taken downstairs with Cinderella. Then upstairs characters do come out, sign autograph books & pose for pictures. Upstairs will never be Cinderella. .. and who it will be can change. We had lunch there in November and we had Aurora, Snow White, Jasmine, and Belle in her blue dress. No Mary Poppins, but I have seen dining reports where people did have Mary Poppins in place of someone else.

Dinner you have a pic downstairs with Cinderella. However, upstairs is the Fairy Godmother and two female mice (Susy and Perla). However, they do not stop for autographs/pics. They (from what I've read on trip/dining reports) do sing and entertain though.

So if you have ADRs for lunch - you should be fine. But no guarantee you'll get the same characters you did a few years ago.
