The tiny castle cake...which I am understanding is kind of like a big cupcake with whatever fillings you want. The slipper...what is that made of? Thanks.

i remember reading on the anniversary cake thread that the mini castle cake choices are vanilla, chocolate or cheesecake

and the fillings are either vanilla or chocolate mousse

the frosting, i'm not sure of - white buttercream?

someone correct me here if i'm wrong - you could try going thru all 230 pages of the thread itself to find out (might take a while though!)

i'm planning to order this myself when we eat at narcoosees in december (all white: white frosting, white filling and white cake!)

as far as the slipper dessert, i don't know - i think the filling choices are also either white or chocolate mousse (at least those are from the photos i've seen on this board of the slipper dessert)

sorry i couldn't be of more help - but do try the long anniversary/cake thread and just scroll thru the first few pages - the first page has info on cake sizes and prices (odd how the flavors are left off that page....) and then there are photos of the various cakes people have had (including the mini castle cake and the slipper dessert as well) -good luck!

(let's hope someone posts here eventually with the answer!)

Depends on where you get the slipper dessert from Cindy's or 1900 Park Fare, but it is either white chocolate or milk chocolate and the mousse inside.

We are getting the Little castle cake, TOO CUTE

I called up...you are correct about the castle cake...and the slipper is choclate outside, mousse filling and raspberries on top and again only at cindy's or grand floridian. Makes you want to eat there just to try it!

Slippers are yummy, slightly different at 1900 PF to CRT. I believe at both the slipper is white chocolate with milk chocolate mousse (definitely the case at CRT). At CRT the slipper is served with strawberries in a strawberry coulis and a sponge 'cushion'. From other posts I have seen that the 1900 PF ones differ slightly in the way they are served.
