Can anyone tell me what it means on my booking details Special Instructions CASTLE ADMIRAL EMPIRE STATE

we are booked into Santa Fe in 11 days time

in a standard room nearer the reception. I altered the booking through the central booking line after getting a far cheaper quote, the day after I booked up online.

They were fantastic and refunded me the difference without any issue.

castle admiral empire state means you are booked into one of the upgrades at your chosen hotel - so in your case for the Santa Fe it means you are in one of the rooms there that you usually pay a supplement for (Rio Grande is it called?).

Thats what we have on our booking too and we've paid extra for the buffalo room at the Cheyenne
