Castaway gifts?

Just got back from a great cruise, but I didn't recieve my castaway gift. Anyone know was I suppose to get it my cabin or will it be sent later?

Definitely in the cabin upon arrival. Are you sure they had you CC club # when you booked. Sounds like you were overlooked. I would call the cruise line. I am sure they will make good on it.

I guess I better call them. I saw on my confirmation papers my castaway number, so I know they had it.

Did you get the pins? If you got the pins, then they must have had you down as repeats.

There were a few cruises (mine included) that were told that the towels would be sent to our homes due to a shipping problem. But I thought I read that they were back on board.

We still haven't gotten our towel. I'd better call just to help them remember!
