Looking for vetern cruisers help.

We sailed the beautiful Wonder March 13-17th. I was wondering roughly how long after sailing do you usually received information about the Castaway Club?

We have booked for another and some places are asking if we belong to the Castaway Club.

Our May cruise will be our 4th with DCL and we still haven't gotten anything from the Castaway Cay Club other than the onboard gifts.

Same here as Pocono...You can call DCL for your castaway club number, because once you sailed once, you are automatically a member....

We sailed May of last year and we are still waiting. I had to call to get our number for our cruise this June.

We sailed in October of 2001 - and I have still not received a castaway club card! I have gotten mailings over the years as a castaway club member, but they never sent us a card. I called a couple of weeks ago to find out my number and Disney said it would take about 6-8 weeks to get my card.

We sailed on 2/3/05 and got the CC packet at the end of March.
