Castaway Club

Two cruises and a third one booked. The only way I knew my castaway club number is by calling the line. I received a beach towel and party invite on our 2002 cruise. Have never received anything in writing about what my number is, never a pin, never a magnet....but did get my shipboard credit for 2002. They have changed the program now and in order to get it you have to rebook on board......maybe someday.

We were on the 7 day western this past July. I just booked a 4 day Wonder and the rep noted on my reservation that we had cruised before. When I called the Castaway Club to find out when I would be getting my Castaway #, she said that your number is your client ID and you don't get cards until you return home from your second cruise!

Anyway, I called back for my Castaway # and they gave it to me right away. The rep also said that it was already linked to my new ressie so I'm all set. Forgot to ask about the plastic cards. Oh well.

You will get your pins on board now, not in the mail. They will be in your stateroom with your Castaway Club gift.

llachance, that's strange that you didn't get the pins. We were on our second cruise (same as yours) and we got the beach towel, the pins (they were with the towel - loose on the bed) and the invite. We had received our card the week prior to going on that cruise. I would definitely call again and maybe mention that your friends were on that same cruise and got the pins .... If you want to, I'll pm you with my personal info to maybe help with this effort. The pins are tiny and if you're not really into pins, they may not even be worth it anyway. I think I've already lost the card, but the CC # is on file - it automatically came up when we rebooked for 2003. Let me know.

DH just received a Castaway Card with # today. There was just one in his name. Just wanted you to know.
