Castaway Club question

When do you get your "castaway club" card? How soon after you sail with DCL does it get sent to you or does it get sent? Just wondering...we were on the 11/23 cruise.

Plan to wait awhile....there seems to be no real consistency as to when they send them out. Some people get them a few weeks after sailing, some a few months, and some not at all.

If you plan on taking another DCL cruise and still don't have the card, just call DCL and get your repeat cruiser number. That is all you need to get the benefits on your next cruise. Make sure DCL notes your repeat cruise number (re: Castaway number) on the new ressie.

Just to confirm what mmouse37 has already said - we sailed in early October and just received our CC info packet last week.

We booked another cruise prior to receiving this packet (which included our CC member number) and the TA was able to look up our number and apply it to our ressie without any problem.

I booked my next cruise and I hadn't received CC number either. My TA was able to locate it with DCL and have it noted on our ressie.
