Castaway Club Membership?

Can anyone tell me how long it takes after your first cruise to get your Castaway Club memberships?

WE cruised in June and got ours a couple weeks ago.

We cruised in January, and never received anything. I finally called and asked what our numbers were, and asked them to send cards to us. They sent cards for DW and I, but not the kids. Never did receive the CD. Cruising again in two weeks, maybe we will see something after this cruise.

We cruised in February and still have received nothing. They have us marked as Castaway members for our upcoming Feb. cruise, so at least we will get to use the perks then!

Sailed in Nov 03 (1st). Sailing again Jan 14, 2006. have called 4 times and 2 emails since Jan 05. Tell me they are going to take care of it but still nothing has come.....I guess the name is just to make you feel important cause the club service is a little to be desired.

We cruised the 14th to 17th of July and received our earleir this week. We have already downloaded the music and the screensaver so we can "re-live" our cruise.

We cruised Mexico on July 2-9. We got our package about 2 weeks ago (maybe 3 weeks). It was a CD (includes the horn, but otherwise was mostly music from CC, a place we didn't go on during our cruise as we were on the west coast of CA & Mexico), our ID cards, and a postcard to give others who want cruise information.

We sailed back in May of 2000, and never got anything.

I got a card under my name about 3 months after our first cruise in September 2003. We have sailed two more times since then. DH and 2 DDs never got any cards. I'm assuming they only gave me since I was the "lead" person on the reservation.... At that time, no CDs yet.
