We have been Castaway Club members since March of 2001. We received our cards shortly after we got back from our cruise with a letter telling us about the onboard credit for our next cruise but have not heard anything from them since. Should we have been getting mail or e-mail from them once in a while? Has anything changed since 2001? We are getting ready for our second cruise in June of 2003 and just wondered if there was anything new we should know. Or should I call them?

Any info about this would be greatly appreciated.

We never receive annnnyyyyythhhhiiiiinnnnnngggggg from them. It's like you cruise, they send you stuff (if you're lucky) and then *poof* they're gone. Kind of weird isn't it? I get stuff from Princess Cruises all the time and cruised only once with them. I get discount offers, special value rates for Captain's Circle, notification of special seasonal trips. Would be nice if DCL did this....

(I just love these little guys!!!!)
