Castaway Club Lounge?

I was reading the updated (Nov '02) cruise book from wdwig.com and they mentioned that by the castaway club check-in is a lounge for Castaway Club members. I didn't see it last time I went, but then I wasn't looking for it either. Where is it and what exactly is it?

I don't recall seeing any lounge for CC members. Ther is a seperate line, but that can be as long as the regular line at times with what I hear. Concierge guests can wait in a seating area near the front of the line as they are able to preboard, but CC members can't do that, they ahve to wait in line like everyone else.

The lounge is a closely guarded sercret. You have to go outside through the doors to the area that overlooks the ship, then down the hidden staircase on the far left. You have to knock and give the secret code, which is humming "When you wish upon a star," and then they will let you in.


Just kidding...there is no lounge, just the separate check-in line.
The only "lounge related" Castaway Club activity I can think of is the returning cruisers party. Depending on the number of returning cruisers on a particular trip, it is held in one or more lounges on Beat Street/Route 66.

There actually is a "lounge" in the DCL terminal. I have seen it when the door was open....it's adjacent to the coffee shop (at least it was back in '99). I inquired about it and one of the DCL terminal CM's told me it was a VIP LOUNGE for when the likes of Mr. Eisner and such come for a visit.

The door to the lounge faced the escalators. I have not even noticed it on our recent cruises, but I was not looking for it again either.
