Castaway Club Gold/Platinum reception

Anyone know if they will hold one on the 2 night cruises? And are they usually around 10 or 11 on the first sea day? Thanks!

They are typically at 10 or 11 am first sea day on all cruises.

Sorry to hijack. If you are traveling with non gold member can they attend reception with you or not. They are in same cabin, just not same cc level

Being in the same cabin, I would think they could. I'm not sure of the official policy but there wasn't anyone there checking names....

Is this a recent change? We had a reception on a 3 night Dream last October. It was an itinerary with no stop at Nassau, so we did have a sea day.

The official Disney Castaway Club page says "Castaway Club Onboard Reception Meet and mingle with the ship's officers at a private party on voyages 4-nights and longer." (as of 6-27-2016)

Is this a recent change? We had a reception on a 3 night Dream last October. It was an itinerary with no stop at Nassau, so we did have a sea day.

As noted, the reception is typically only on cruises of 4 nights and longer. Now, they could add one to a 3 night that had a sea day with not much problem, and I think they must have for your cruise.
