Castaway Club 800 #

Is there such a thing as an 800 # for Castaway Club members to call? I am specifically looking to book excursions.

I thought the Castaway Club number was only used for booking a cruise...??
The number I've called for shore excursions is 877-566-0968

Except for shore excursions, I have used that (800) for everything and never have had a problem.
