Last year we went on a four day cruise in April. When we got off at Castaway Cay we searched out what we thought was the perfect place to sit and relax for the day. Mix of shade and sun, plants around for privacy. Then they turned on the huge stereo speakers right behind us. And by then it was more crowded and impossible to move. That's where we stayed for the day.

Any suggestions on the perfect place to pitch our camp for the day on our up-coming trip? There will be six of us. Two adults, two teenagers, one 10 and one 8. Where is the perfect location?

Since we no longer have younger children, we opt to sit very near the snorkeling area. We don't feel the need to walk all the way down to the other end. We like watching the people snorkeling!!!

It's a personal choice....some people like to be right near the playset in the water....some all the way down the beach by the Heads Up bar, and our teens love hanging out at the teen beach way down on the other side of the jetty. If your teens have made friends by Friday which I am sure they will have...don't expect to see much of them for the day!!!

If you are anywhere near the Gazebo, I would think it would be noisey from the speakers, when the DJ starts playing.

I just want the opportunity to pick a spot to sit on Castaway Cay! Our first cruise we did not make it there due to mechanical problems in St. Thomas :(
This time we will get there!!
