Does Disney have Castaway Cay ID cards if you request one? Not that I would really need it, but I think it would be neat to give to my girls.

Oh, you mean Castaway Club? After we cruised DCL the first time, we got a Castaway Club card. But I'm not sure they still do that. Have your girls cruised DCL before?

Well, I'd contact the Castaway Club and ask if they have cards. There's a link on the DCL website that will take you there.

Your Key to the World card will have each individual's CC number on it. Not as cool as an ID type, but beggars and choosers...

Well I am going to beg. By gosh it got me a blue DVC card when I was resale . (but I really didn't know any better at that time)

As mentioned above they did give them out but I have not heard of anyone getting one in years but it can't hurt to call the CC number and ask. You could always have someone make one on Etsy.

I just dug mine out (I forgot we had them till your post). Here is a pic. Bottom right it has your CC number....bottom left has your full name. Funny, every time a CM sees my CC number on my reservation they think its wrong. I have a 4 digit CC number since we were on the Maiden Voyage of the Magic. I think they are 5 or 6 digits now.

I don’t think I have one, and I would have gotten it in 2013.


But even your very first DCL room keycard has your number on it. They assign the number with your first cruise before you’re even thinking of a frequent cruisers club.

We got our Castaway Club Card in 1998 and we also got these nice pins that guests on all sailings during the inaugural year got in the mail after returning.

And this button for the Maiden Voyage Sailing of the Magic...not sure if they had the MV button for the Wonder...they may have, as well as the inaugural pins.

Our first cruise was in May 2000 and we've never had a card. I didn't even know that they had ever produced any.

Found my card. It was on heavy paper stock, not a plastic card. My husband got one also.
