My 17 year old daughter is in a wheelchair. Where will I be able to change her diaper on Castaway Cay? Does anyone know the order of shows on the dream for 2019? I realize they can change. How much open time is there for the D Lounge? Any other advice? What is the quietest cabin that is adjoining? Is deck 6 loud?

Check with Disney about access and status if you are traveling soon. Castaway Cay has been in the red/black zone of Dorian for hours. I'm sure they will be giving a lot of updates after the storm passes, but be aware that facilities that are currently listed may be damaged for awhile.

As PP mentions, current status of CC is unknown until reports come in if hurricane damage. There is a First Aid location on CC; that is probably the only place an adult could lay down for a diaper change.

I haven’t heard of changes to the Dream shows, though they may vary by itinerary. But prior Navigators can give you a good idea. I’m not sure I understand the question about the D Lounge sometimes there are activities planned there (character meets, Bingo, towel folding, etc.) and those will be listed on the Navigators as well.

“Quiet” cabin may depend on neighbors. Ends of hallways (further forward and aft) will have less traffic than midship near the main elevators. Connecting cabins are in all areas, check some deck maps. I like https://www.cruisedeckplans.com/ rather thank DCL’s site.

Enjoy your cruise!

Not all cabins are wheelchairs accessible.
The ones that are have a wider doorway and the shower is roll in.
When booking your cabin don’t book below a restaurant or kitchen (you can see a map of the ship on the Disney Cruise website) or above or below the theaters.
Some noise can’t be controlled too many people let their kids run in the hallways.
As pp said try the cruise page lots of great hints.
