We are planning to go to Cedar Point this fall before the season is over. We will probably be heading down with 4 teen boys (our 2 boys plus 2 friends). What I would like to do is go on Saturday to one of the indoor park hotels and spend the evening swimming and relaxing. On Sunday morning, we will head over to the park for the majority of the day, and come home early evening.
We could also go with Plan B, which would be to go to Cedar Point on Saturday (though we wouldn't be able to get there until about 3 pm), then swim and relax on Sunday morning before driving home.
Do any of these three resorts stand out as being a better choice for the boys (ages 15 & 16)? Or, does anyone think the boys are really too old for the indoor waterparks and that we should just focus on Cedar Point?
Sorry to sound clueless - I think the last time I went to Cedar Point the Gemini was the lastest and greatest roller coaster!
