Cast Member Style Name Tags HELP

I'm looking for a blank cast member style name tag that I can use to make name tags for our group next week. We are heading to the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival and I would love to incorporate the luggage tag logo they are using for the festival this year! Any help is appreciated! THANKS!

RustMan.....that is FABULOUS!!! Is there any chance you can remove the "Epcot" from the bottom (I might not be able to fit all of the text I need to in the open space)....If you can't, I THANK YOU for what you've done for me!!!
