If your lead desires it, can a cast member be promoted from a casual temporary to part time?
Any cast members have this happen to them?

No. Changes to upgrades to job classifications are done only at certain times of the year and it is based on needs of the business. It's not up to managers and definitely not your leads.

That would be from CT -> CR/CR-SS/CR-FSS/CR-S2 -> RFT.

Downgrades in job classifications can be done by the Cast Member themselves by simply filling out a form and speaking with your management team.

Usually done by seniority and a couple of other factors. Managers are usually given a list of those that are eligible.

Alright good. i was a little worried they would want to keep me as part time after summer. i would have hated to turn down the offer ya know?
