Cast Member Pin of the Month - question

We're new pin traders, and just discovered these "land" pins - http://pinpics.com/cgi-bin/group.cgi?group=2530&pin=49940 and http://pinpics.com/cgi-bin/group.cgi?group=2530&pin=51446.

Of course, not being Cast Members, we don't know the retail price of these pins. How much do they generally go for? I know we'd be getting it probably on a secondary market. I know the LE number factors in, too.

Would you think it would also be plausible to assume that the rest of the lands would be coming out soon? They did New Orleans in October, Fantasyland in November, then did a random Christmas Mickey in December. I hope, I hope! These pins are so pretty!

Just Guessing, but retail would probably be around $10, unless they are larger or have some special enhancement.

With the fact that only CMs can buy it and the low LE size, expect the secondary market to have a very inflated price.

It's interesting that the LE size varies between the two pins referenced.

If Disney can make a buck on these pins, expect to see more.
