Cast member kudos

I was thinking the other day...wouldnt it be GREAT!!!! if we started a CAST MEMBER THREAD One that just sends a ton of LOVE to those fabulous Cast Members that go above and beyond to make our vacations so very special?

I see a lot of threads about rooms and dining...but Isn't it really about the PEOPLE the interactions you have that you remember? Wouldnt it be GREAT if Disney KNEW and really compensated those CMs that go the xtra mile and epitomize what Walt dreamt of when he built the Kingdom?

I think so ...!!

With that said I have TWO exceptional CMS ...
FIRST DIANE...of Bibbity Bobbity Boutique in the MK
...She was just mindblowing with her connections with my daughter - telling sweet fairy tale like stories...I was in tears by the end of our session with all the sweet smiles and awe inspiring looks from my daughter. Diane you are beyond awesome..

SECOND
Goes out to PHIL of the TTC my trip in 2009 who I observed show infinite patience....and very sweetly apologized and listened to a wild lambasting by a 'Guest' going on and on about how the TTC was TERRIBLE....ie. the ride wasn't going quickly enough. I felt so sorry for this CM and told him so and mentioned how I would be sure to write Disney to tell them how impressed I was by his behavior.

We need more threads to give these CMS their due.

AND FURTHERMORE..wouldnt it be nice if the DIS PODCAST..took 2 small minutes...everyshow....just 2 mins? maybe to recognize these CMs...i think ..they deserve it...and it spreads happiness and inspiration! Just my 2 cents

For a short while they played voicemail that people left for cast member kudos. It was nice to hear the stories, but I suspect the podcasts got too overloaded with other stuff over the years.

Great idea. So often, DH and I say we need to leave feedback about great cm's, but if we don't do it immediately (or make notes) we forget the who, where, what.
