You must have tickets in advance to make advance FP+ reservations.

The Cast Member can book FP+ 7 days in advance:

Castmembers - 7 Days Before Park Day:

• CMs with CM tickets linked to an MDX account. CM tickets include Maingates, Guest Passes, and comps.

Only the CM can book FPs for the Main Gate and 3 Guest Passes.

If a regular ticket is linked to the CM's MDE, the booking window expands to 30 days.

If an onsite resort is linked to the CM's MDE, the window opens at 60 days prior to the reservation.

I'm hijacking the original question because I am in the same boat. My uncle works at Disney. He helped me schedule a 2 night/3 day stay to get cast member family discount. He plans on walking 3 of us into the park and I've already purchased one ticket for my husband. On my MDE I linked the hotel reservation, picked out our Magic Bands and have my husbands ticket listed. How can I show the remaining 3 of us for FASTPASSES since I don't have an actual ticket linked to my Magic Band?

If your Uncle has an MDE account, link his MDE to yours.

Then, your Uncle can schedule FPs for his 3 Guest Passes and your DH's ticket 60 days in advance of your park visit.

Your Uncle must do the booking because only he has access to the Guest Passes in his MDE account.

Guest Passes have to be used to enter the park and FP lines. Your MB is only good for door opening and charging purchases to your room account.
