Casserole/Freezable dinner receipes?

Anyone have any good casserole or freezable dinner receipes they'd like to share? It was a goal of mine to have a bunch of dinners made for after the new babe arrives, but since I didn't cook this summer there's only 1 measley package of stuffed shells frozen. Now I'm feeling the crunch and wanted to try to get some things made. Please help!

We don't do much of this anymore. But when we did I usually did meatloaf, baked ziti or lasagna, mac & cheese....

How about just grilling some extra chicken each time? Then you could cut it into strips, open a bag of salad, add a cressing of your choice & you're good to go!

I did this a few times this summer & it was wonderful! I grilled it when it was till pleasant outside. Then when it was hot & humid, I didn't have to cook indoors or out! Just pulled out some frozen already cooked chicken!

I browned a bunch of ground beef when I was preggo.

We used it for tacos, spaghetti, pizza, etc. after the baby was born. It was easy to take out a ziplock bag, dethaw it, and stir it in.

I made a bunch of pancakes too and froze them for dh breakfast since I didnt really feel like getting up in the am.

I made a couple of 'lazagna' casseroles and froze them: boil a bag of noodles. Dump 1/2 of them into a 11x13 casserole dish, pour on enough spaghetti sauce to your taste, then 1/2 lb ground beef, then 1 cup cheddar cheese, then repeat the layers with more noodles, sauce, beef, cheese. Top it off with some cream of mushroom soup diluted with a little water, cover the whole top with this, and then cover the soup with grated parmesan. Then freeze.
