Cashing out Milesource

I've been trying for three days to cash out for a $75 giveanything certificate.I'm really losing my patience.It keeps sending me to the main page after I click on the continue button.Does anybody have any advice for me?I've never had problems cashing out before.

DH has had the same problem for over a month with absolutely no help from Milesource at all. He gets the standard "our technicians have checked it out and all is well on our side it must be you" response. He tried using other browsers and even a friend's computer but nothing worked! We've finally given up!

Out of curiosity is he cashing out 9000 points for a $75 certificate? I'm beginning to wonder if that could be the problem.
Other people are receiving their gift certificates.

i have been trying since before they switched the gift certs over. and i still cant. i emailed them again today. hopefully this time i will get an answer.

I'm curious as to what ISP is being used by the people who cannot cashout? DH is using AOL but has tried to cashout by switching to Netscape and IE browsers with no luck. Could it be b/c AOL uses proxy servers and your IP in never the same? Just a thought.....

Yes,I do have AOL but I've been using IE to try and cash out.Still nothing ! This is so frustrating.

nope. i have cable service and my proxy never changes. i use internet explorer.

Are we all cashing out for the same thing? A $75 certificate?

DH only has enough to cash out for $25. He's tried to cashout for a SuperCertificate (when they had them) and for giveanything.com with no success. I think it has less to do with what you are redeeming for and more to do with a problem that Milesource refuses to aknowledge.

Yes, I know now that is the case. I finally cashed out this morning not on my computer but at work.I'm not really allowed to do that but I did sneak it in.You may want to try again.
Milesource really needs to look at this problem.

Just an update, I installed MSN and DH used it to get on Milesource. Guess what? He was able to cashout using MSN! There is a definite problem with Milesource and some ISPs.

Great ! I'm so glad for you.It is strange with Milesource.I never have problems like that with the other reward sites.
