Cashing out for the Flying Fish?

I wish they would let you know where these restaurants are at! At Milesource rewards, Saw another restaurant posted, Flying Fish Tavern that you can get gift certificates for- is this the same you think as flying fish at Boardwalk? Does anyone know who you can call to find out where the restaurants listed on the site are located?
