Cashing out at Milesource

Ok, I finally got an email from Milesource saying my redemption was approved and then it said we are sending your request along to Milesource to fulfill your order. (What does this mean- I haven't ordered anything yet - I have been waiting for my code to order something). It then gave me my confirmation code and said to allow 4-6 weeks for Milesource to fulfill my order.
I went to order my $50 gift certificate, but when I submit everything,it says that my order cannot be processed as "stored value information not found".
What does this mean?

I, too, just received my code from Milesource. I wanted an Giveanything certificate, but see that those are no longer available. I didn't want one of those gifts from their award centers. Does this mean I will have to choose one of those? ARGHH I just don't get it.
