Cash upgrade to club level

Does the HRH ever offer a "cash upgrade" when checking in? Right now I have an ENT rate and to upgrade to club would more than double my cost. (they said there were no ENT rates available)


I am thinking an extra $50/night would be an awesome deal. What are your thoughts?
