Do the tolls from the airport to disneyworld take cash. Don't want to be surprised
I know some toll roads in Florida don't take any cash

Yes, all take cash.

If you exit 417 at Osceola Pkwy, there is a toll booth that requires exact change (3 quarters). If you exit the highway along the way for a grocery or meal stop, you may need exact change.

All mainline toll booths between OIA & WDW have attendants 24x7.

Yes, I brought some singles and a roll of quarters which worked out perfectly. Definitely the tip to stay to the right was huge for me. I had read prior to our trip that the cash lanes actually kind of feel like you are taking a right exit off the highway. You are not exiting but yes, it does feel that way. Stay to the right and don't be afraid if it feels like an exit.
