cash stay w/DVC discount...

Im doing a solo trip ..in Sept and looking to do a cash stay...maybe( ) @ the Poly or a moderate..or GF or maybe I should look into a studio @ OKW on the trade board (haven't been to OKW yet??) ....depending on the $$.

... Does anyone know if there is a web site giving the prices for DVC members to do a cash stay @ any of the resorts ??

Also...I just got my DVC AP certificate...(first AP ever, so Im really a "newbie") and hopeing that the discount comes out in May.......

The AP disc (if it comes)...should be "better" than the DVC disc...right??

BTW....I'm dissappointed that I can't access the AP web site until I trade my voucher for the AP.....how am I gona be prepared??

The DVC discount is 25% off at DVC resorts. There is no DVC discount for non-DVC resorts. On a DVC studio, the AP discount will probably be better (if available), larger rooms usually the DVC discount is better if they are using a flat $ amount off on AP's (the last batch of AP rates was $100 off on DVC rooms).

I got a slightly better AP rate at SSR on a studio VS the member discount. Not much, but a little. Course there is no way to link the two reservations (points stay and AP rate stay). Hopefully, I can stay in the same room and not have to move.
