How do you go about making reservations on cash? We will be out of points the day after DD's wedding and will need to stay on cash or rent points (or do an add on).

Do you call member services and ask for cash reservation rates? Are the rates the same as CRO rack rates?

I called member services and booked by cash ressie with them and they told me about the discounted rate I received. I was also able to remain in the same room that I had booked with my points.
