Cash reservation questions

If I want to book a room using an annual pass holder code do I call Disney CRO or do I call member services? We want to add-on a few extra days and don't want to use up the points.

To use an AP rate, you'd have to call CRO. You wouldn't be able to link the reservations. You'd get daily mousekeeping for nights booked at the AP rate.

To book the member cash discount (25% if available), you'd call Member Services. Reservations could be linked, you could get the dining plan for all nights of the stay. You wouldn't get daily mousekeeping.
