Cash register game (not as good as Marbles but still fun)

Just ran across this game. You have to give correct change at a cash register. I think that this is becoming a lost art. I was surprised at how difficult a time I had at first. If you are looking for a way to kill some time, give it a try.

I tried it, got all 12 customers' change correct, had three thefts and one thief caught. Not bad for the first time playing. I was more interested if I could do the math than catch the shoplifters. Thanks for posting.

Luckily I was teaching my son money subtraction this week so it all came pretty easy to this old woman!

As for the thieves, as in NY, I got robbed BLIND!

That was fun - but the first time I played I served about 10 customers. The second time it wouldn't get to a stopping point! I think it would have gone on forever....

Meriweather, I had the same problem....


Teh second time I started... I got 17 customers caught 7 thieves and was only a $1. off

I helped 12 custmers.

12 got their proper change
0 recieved too much
0 recieved not enough
1 item was stolen (I was calculating some change and it was the first shoplifter and I didn't know I had to hit the alarm button in a certain amount of time and the guy got away)
5 thieves were caught

Drawer total: $774.24
Total should have been: $774.24
I was off by $0

No gripes and no complaints
