Cash Price for rooms as DVC member?

Is there a discount price for rooms as a DVC member? We were hoping to go to VB soon but thought we might pay cash rather than use points—if it was a decent price. Do we receive a discount? If so, Is there a site where we can find this information?

Here is the cash website for VB, https://verobeach.disney.go.com/. I would also call MS for any current discounts available to DVC members; it sometimes is or isn't offered depending on your dates.

There are discounts offered. Though sometimes the cash side is cheaper and/or DVC isn't offering a discount at the time.

I thought I had read that on these threads before but couldn’t remember how to access it. I’ll call MS.

The DVC discount is 25%, but it isn't always available. You have to hit it just right. You have to call MS.

I thought it was available to any owner. They used to require that the member was on the cash reservation, but I've heard differently lately.

Thank you for replying @Deb & Bill , it wouldn't surprise me to find us resale owners are blocked from getting this perk
