I received an email today from MS with some answers to questions I had. I thought I would share the info, other cash cruisers might be interested.
"Full payment will be taken on Visa or Mastercard at the time of booking.
Transfers from the airport to the port and back to the airport are currently at
$50 per person round trip with the Disney Cruise Line busses. There will be a
lot of special Member Events planned during the cruise (as we did last year) but
nothing has been firmed up yet. As we know more about what is going on during
the cruise we will be adding it to the Member Website and to the Vacation Magic."
