Cash Duck- STUPID Question

I submitted a noncredit form for Green Tea awhile ago. Kira said it was not processed because I didn't include the headers. WHAT does that mean??? Please help my stupidity

Explains it all. Tricia at SR is now requiring headers as well, so it'll behoove everyone to refresh.

Okay...So I tried this. I still cannot figure this out. I went to the email that I had to send Kira. I hit the file, then the properties. I am suppose to hit details, but no details tab is showing up.

Now I have a details tab on my email. Is that what I am suppose hit? It does not say much more than what my email says.

So stupid when it comes to the computer....

Okay here is a step by step picture diagram it's a little old but it looks like the directions are the same. http://www.msexchange.org/articles/Outlook-Internet-Headers.html

So basically you would copy the headers that become displayed, paste into the trouble ticket, then copy your email and paste in the trouble ticket below the email. Does that help?

I use Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Here is the sad thing. I was trying to mess with it so much before bed, that is ALL I dreamt about lasted night....I would wake up in the middle of the night, go back to sleep only to find myself dreaming about headers and computers.

FINALLY figured it out. It was NOT hard. Again, a little SLOW when it comes to the computer! Thanks guys for the help. It is nice to be able to count on all of my online DIS friends!
