Cash discount ?

We are thinking about taking an extra trip to WDW and I wondered how the 25% cash discount works. If Beach Club Villas was available Sept. 26 - 30, could I get the discount? I realize it is probably unavailable because of F & W. I could not get the discount at the Beach Club hotel, right?

You are correct that the discount is not always available.

The discounted rooms, if available, must be booked through member services, and a member is supposed to be an occupant of the room.
