what exactly could an adult and a child order from Casey's on the dining plan? If we got corn nuggets, could you get fries, a drink, and cotton candy? Since there isn't a kids menu, I assume kids order off the regular menu...but do they get a drink and dessert along with say, the hot dog meal?!

We have never done the dining plan before so I'm confused! Thanks in advance!

If you look on the right side of the menu below you will see a number of icons for DDP. Any item that has that icon you can get with a snack credit on your DDP. So if you go by your post you would use a snack credit on the drink, cotton candy and fries. You would have to pay out of pocket for the nuggets since they are not offered on DDP.

Hope that helps!

PS - This is what the DDP logo looks like. When you see it you can use a snack credit for that item:

So you can not use a counter service credit at Casey's? I was not trying to use my snack credits but wanted to use a counter service credit for a meal...

I believe you can. We have only used DDP once and it did not include Counter Service meals.

If you use a Counter Service credit I would assume you would get the dog, drink and dessert. But I am sure another forum member could give you more detailed information on Counter Service.

You may be better off saving your counter service credits for counter service meals (Cosmic Rays, Peco Bills, etc). Again I am sure another member can give you more detail.

We ate at Casey's for the first time on our last trip and loved it! We wished we hadn't missed out on it all of the other trips. You can you a meal credit. You get a hot dog, fries, drink and dessert. We got cracker jacks for our dessert and saved them for a snack later in the day. I normally am not a huge hot dog fan and I loved the hot dog at Casey's! It is acutally the first place that we all want to eat for our first lunch at MK on our next trip.
Enjoy :)

A newer version of the Casey's Corner menu is here:

It appears that only the hot dogs are listed as meals, but it can't hurt to ask and see if you can get the corn dog nuggets instead. Maybe you will hear back from someone as to their experience with this.

Yes, kids can legitimately order from the regular menu here since there is no kid's menu for them to order from.

you would get a gog, a side, a dessert and a drink.
you do not have to use a snack credit to get the french fries, they come with every hot dog ordered so that IS your side. You could substitute your fries for apple slices

Yes you can get the corn dog nuggets or a hot dog, fries, drink and cotton candy and it is 1 CS credit. You do not need to use snack credits for your sides - the symbols are there for those that only want to use snacks credits so they know what can be purchased with them. There is no kid meals here - your kids can get the same thing as you - including the fries, drink and dessert. The hot dogs are big - two kids could probably share and still have enough.

Speaking as someone who used to work at Casey's Corner. You can get the nuggets as a meal using a counter service credit.

You would just get them instead of a hotdog. They don't have a combo meal for the nuggets, but would ring everything up as individual items (drink, nuggets, fries, dessert) and only charge 1 credit.

Thank you so much! I like planning everything in advance so thanks for the info! :)

Most people out here will say half the fun of going to Disney is the planning. Although at some point the planning just turns into research.
