Anyone ever stay at Casey Jones RV park in Lake City, FL ??, thinking of staying there for one night on the way to the Fort..Thanks...

"Grass sites, quite level, and roomy. Cable was a bit fuzzy and Wi-Fi was slow, but usable. Very nice people in office. Noise from I-75, but manageable. Easy access off I-75 and the next exit north has about every chain restaurant you could want."
Quoted from a great site called rvparkreviews for checking out camping grounds all over the country.

Not familiar with it, but in White Springs (about 10 miles from Lake City) is the Stephen Foster Folk Culture Center State Park. Our camping club has had multiple annual rallies there.

We stayed here just a few weeks ago. I think this will be where we try to stay from now on. It was less than $30 for the night and it was only a couple of hours away from Disney. We got up, stopped for breakfast and were still at the Fort by noon. I can't say how any of the facilities were because we didn't use any of them but the noise from the interstate didn't bother us at all and we were camping in a hybrid.

Have stayed there twice. Nice place. Plan on staying there again on our next trip.
