Public poll or not, I would still admit that I voted yes! Her ego is so huge that if she at all thinks she may be getting a guilty verdict with the way things are as of right now, she will go on the stand to play up to the jury. I think she belives she would rather go for an aquittal than go for any appeals down the road...

I voted yes because of the narcissist in her, as Dee stated. I think she'll want those extra minutes of "fame".

I voted no in the poll just because I think that Casey doesn't think she has to justify herself to anyone to testify. Then again, it might be her time to try to make the jury feel sorry for her?

Well remember it has to be her decision alone, as the judge will question her. And her attorneys will make sure they are protected so she can't come back and blame them. Does anyone know if the judge would have her sign something?

.... No, I don't think she will take the stand. But, I'm also hoping that I'm WRONG and that she does, because I think the only way Baez has any chance that his idea has any relevence as to how Caylee was killed is if Casey from herself actually testifies. But, then again the prosecution would FRY her, and that would be fun to watch too.

did you know that on a jail visit Baez brought her some licorice nd as they were on each side of the glass with a hole Baez put a piece of licorice through the hole and they were each chewing on it and hit the glass I am guessing that was a kiss.

Something else that several people have mentioned is regarding Casey writing books and making money off of all of this, from what I understand she won't be able to if she is found guilty. Can anyone else confirm this?

Before today, I would have voted "no". But now that JB has all but hooked her up to the IV, testifying is her last ditch effort to save herself. So my vote is now a "yes".

If you are found guilty of a crime you cannot profit from selling books etc based on it. It is known as the Son of Sam law.

That is true. A criminal can not make money off of their crime through books, movies, interviews, etc.
