I can't understand why JB put CA and LA back on the stand to ask them questions that he knew how they would answer. He knew Cindy would deny sending the PI's to search for Caylee's body, and he knew Lee would say she did. At least I assume he knew. I probably missed the discussion when it was happening, but can anyone clue me in? Did JB have a motive for it?

I think it was for a few reasons. Jose knew that Lee didn't seem all the solid. I think he was hoping if Cindy went first and lied, Lee would feel compelled to complete his mothers lie. Also, if Lee went first and told the truth, it wouldn't give Cindy a chance to back out either?

Is it really horrible of me to say that I want to see Cindy go down? I want to see them get her on perjury!

When do those Gentiva people come in and when is someone going to bring to light the fact that Cindy has worked overtime in the past?!

I am actually starting to agree with you. I understand wanting to save her daughter from the death penalty.. but she isn't thinking of Caylee, and she's throwing Lee and George under the bus to do that...

The states will be powerful. Would anyone like to take a shot at how the DT's closing will be? If the States is a half a day. How long for the DT?

ok - before todays mission of WTH???? starts i'm posting the wonderful updates i got on Nicole.


I called last night around 11 and got some wonderful news.

she's doing so much better. she had been given 1ml of my milk and at that time so far so good. her blood results for the jaundice was getting lower (which i knew) so would come off the lights later today. and she had all those poos to get rid of "stuff". she had dropped weight but i did expect that so is sitting just a tiny bit above the 6lb mark.

woke up this morning at 5.30 - couldn't sleep and my muscles were SCREAMING at me.

called at 6 to speak to the same nurse before shift change at 7am.

EVEN BETTER NEWS

she had been given a feed at 12 and handled it nicely and another at 4 and they are watching her but all signs pointing to handling it as well.

she had 2 more poos

they took her iv's out YAAAAHHHH and - wait for it.

MIGHT TAKE HER TUBES OUT TODAY.

so when we go later I might actually be able to hold her ........ oh my god i'll cry i just know it.

I'm home in time to take Cassie to school for the final day and she's just over the moon that i can do it.

she's so happy i'm home. she came in our bed last night and is jammed up my back holding on for dear life she's had a tough go at this but she's a trooper too.

He's not asking her much of anything that isn't being objected to and sustained. He just finished talking to her about the jailhouse video of her talking to Casey at the jail regarding the new media theory was that Caylee drowned... why any of that is relevant I have no idea. The jurors already saw the video.
