oh i can stay beside her bed as long as i want but they are kicking me out of my room

there are only 2 parent rooms for out of town parents and i'd feel like a schmuck if i took one just because i want to sleep right near her.

we live abuot 30-40 min away but it's so hard to walk out the door and not take her with me

Kurby, take a bed! 30-40 minutes is considered "out of town" to me. That is about how far I live from Boston, and if I had to drive in and out of Boston everyday to be with my newborn, it would be a hardship. The gas, the mileage...THE TRAFFIC!

Good luck..but please consider taking a bed.

Maybe TMI, but when I had DDs, one in a military hospital and one in a civilian hospital, they wouldn't discharge a new mother until she passed a BM...but maybe it's too late for that "defense?" If not too late, keep those cheeks clenched!

Can you fake a fainting? Fake throwing your back out...uh, slip and fall and fake a concussion. Or, just grab a chair, put it next to Nicole's crib and tell them you are not leaving!

Most places you can actually do this... you don't have to leave her alone, not where we live anyhow.... you might leave to go get some sleep but otherwise they let you stay in the NICU... is that not how it works where you are Kurby?

I like this...if the specualtion is true, that his GF overheard Casey tell someone where the body is, can't he just say that on the stand? That would be CRUSHING for the defense, and Baez will be screaming OBJECTON at his own witness.

I know that his GF job may be on the line, but we are talking about a dead 2yo.

I think the defense is making ahuge mistkae by putting him up there. He may say things that they don't want known.

It is very plausible that Kronk knew exactly where to find the body, because of his GF, and he was "waiting to cash in." There was a big reward, and as many of us will say, the money wouldn't matter to us, but it does matter to a lot of people. Kronk being one of them. Him wanting the money should not make him the criminal in this case. He did not commit any crime by coming across the body. If he got inside info from the jail, he needs to say it on the stand. The jury needs to know that Casey knew where Caylee was the entire time. I don't care who gets fired in the process....the truth needs to be told...BY SOMEONE!

I only have one thing to say.... "Like Roy Kronk's girlfriend cares there's a dead 2 year old".... heck the family doesn't seem to care there's a dead 2 year old, I doubt Roy Kronk's girlfriend cares....

I know that sounds mean and cold hearted, and although I wouldn't feel this way, these people sure seem to...

I had to leave my DD in the ICN and it was the hardest thing I have ever done. It was nice, though to be able to sleep through the night for the first couple weeks before she came home. The nursing staff welcomed phone calls at any time, so if I woke up and needed to hear how she was doing, I could do that.

Sending lots of positive thoughts and prayers.

And there goes Cindy's latest testimony right down the drain...
What would be interesting is if after the state brings up Cindy's former employees to refute her story about being home to use the computer on June 16th, they bring Cindy back up on the stand and confront her about her lies.

I'm pretty sure Judge Perry is the only one n the courtroom who is in charge of telling those Deputies where to stand. I guess the DT could have told him she was acting crazy, but it would be up to him to tell the Deputies what to do.

The state should bring the gentleman who removed Caylees skull how deep rooted the skull was in the ground and how hard it was to pick it up. This would stop people from saying she was moved.
