That George wrapped the pets in plastic bags and taped them closed before burying. To put in the jury's mind that GA had something to do with "preparing" Caylee and burying her.

A tweet from Kathi Belich WFTV stated that the jury didn't look over at Casey when they left the room.

I think they all know exactly what they are going to vote for and it may not take too long for them to come to a verdict.

All I know is, according to Jose, everyone in America who has ever used duct tape is a half inch from being a murder suspect. DH and I are so diddled. We are guilty of possession of duct tape.

Why, yes...yes it does. Do not own pets. Pets die. There is no safe way to deal with it that won't one day incriminate you.

Hey, I GIVE GIFTS to my family of travel duct tape. I'm obviously prepping them to be evil murderers.

Cindy said she was at home looking up chloroform when her work records show she was at work.

When Cindy testified on June 24th about the cholorform search, she said she was not at work. That her timecard was not accurate and that she was at home. Well, somebody from her company is there to testify that they have her actual records and that she was lying on the stand.

Records apparently impeach Cindy's testimony for the defense. They're saying that the state should have long since gotten these records instead of bringing them in now and that if they are brought in it will be prejudicial to their case.

So, yes, your honor, we know she lied, but we don't want the records to be made available to prove it.

But, he BURIED his pets! He honored and respected them. So, why would he throw his much-loved granddaughter away like trash? That is new info that supports the state that he was not involved.

That's where the defense team is wrong. She only changed her story this week. It can't be a discovery violation. Up until the 24th, Cindy had said, according to her deposition, that she was at work.
