Kid is sticking to November--but had MANY conversations...

They specified Thanksgiving didn't they - the defense?

I wonder if there was even a phone call on Thanksgiving

Early on in the trial, I said that I didn't think she would get on the stand. I think, now, she will. She's a narcissist and loves being in the spotlight.

We are leaving for WDW Saturday. I just hope that IF she is going on, it happens before then. And...I have decided I MUST stay away from the courthouse area. I would not want to be held responsible for what I might do if I were to run in to Bozo! If that happened, you all would have 4 threads going on about me and my actions!

Kid just acknowledged that dad told him he would see him on tv, but Kronk did not appear on tv until 12/19. Kid acknowledges call was shortly (close) before, but not same day...

IMHO---before thanksgiving is not shortly or day before.

I am going to say that this is an unsuccessful impeachment--statement does not match evidence of tv appearance.

I think he is misremembering on purpose.

Kronks son still hasn't proven anything. Roy Kronk said that he knew where the body was in Aug. 08. Unless the son says that his father altered or moved the remains, I can't see how this changes anything. Am I missing something?

Wow so it looks like LDB got him to say that Kronk was on tv shortly after the call where he said he found the remains.

JB was saying the call in question happened Thanksgiving. Brandon believed it was Thanksgiving after talking to his wife and mother.

But LDB points out that RK told his son on 12/11 that he was going to be on tv and then on 12/19 he was. So that falls in line with the testimony that it was shortly after.

I thought that his current wife was pregnant? I also thought we talked about that being a possible reason why he wasn't at the courthouse one day during jury selection.

Current wife, I heard she is pregnant.

And was not admitted to the Florida Bar for 7 years after graduating law school because he would not pay child support or carry health insurance for her.
